Sean Wiley has been in the construction industry since he was 14 years old. Mr. Wiley’s decades of experience including building and restoring properties from the ground up. Mr. Wiley’s experience provides him with a hands-on understanding of all aspects of construction including concrete, framing, drywall, windows and doors, trim carpentry, flooring, painting, insulation, siding and roofing. Mr. Wiley has managed hundreds of projects as a foreman and project manager including everything from home remodeling to large commercial construction projects such as hospitals and apartment complexes. This includes rebuilding homes and commercial properties after tornados, hurricanes, hail, wind, fire and water losses. Mr. Wiley has written tens of thousands of estimates for both insurance companies and property owners to calculate the exact cost to restore a property to its pre-loss condition. Mr. Wiley’s certifications include Level 2 Xactimate, HAAG Engineering Certified Residential Roof Inspector, HAAG Engineering Certified Commercial Roof Inspector, IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) certification, Certified Water Damage Restoration, IAUA (Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association, Inc.), CPAU, CPIA, and CPIU. Mr. Wiley has been retained as an expert in dozens of insurance claims and litigation for construction, estimating, and determining cause of loss.
