We write a full Xactimate scope of work and consult with engineers and adjusters to complete an accurate and complete scope of work for the project. We also consult with the contractor hired to perform the work making sure that the scope is complete for the damages that can be seen. As the consultant on a project we continue the communication with the adjuster and  contractor to add to the scope of work for any unforeseen items and supplements that need to be added to the claim. Insuring that the project gets built back to its pre-loss condition. This not only protects the building owner but the insurance carrier as well.
